I had an urgent request to remove some stumps in my back garden. Contacted Amber Tree Services via whatsapp and received a reasonable quote. Moreover, Pete advised they could do the job same day!!! Other companies said it was 3 days to 3 weeks waiting time.Pete and his team arrived after lunch, all professionally equipped and did a marvellous job so no one could even think there were any stumps there before.I highly recommend Pete and his team to everyone and plan to use them again for future jobs. Received an immediate response to post which was very positive.

Morning Siobhan. I'm sorry we've not been in contact. I have unfortunately smashed my phone a couple of weeks ago and lost all contacts as the phone could not be repaired. Contacts, numbers, diary, addresses.. etc. when importing everything to my new phone I hadn't backed up anything recently, which meant I couldn't contact a lot of people for work and personal reasons. I'm sorry if this inconvenienced and I do appreciate your upset, but I can assure you it was a massive inconvenience to me to lose all my work as well as let people down. Pete from Amber Tree services came to my property to thin down two very large trees from start to finish they were very personal they done a fantastic job and when I went into my garden you would never believe that they had cut two tree because my garden was left clean and tidy they removed all the branches and cleaned my driveway and main road as well thanks for doing a fantastic job.

Fantastic service as soon as I rang they came round gave a quote. I did say there was no hurry but 4 days later I received a call asking if it was ok to come and do the job. My mum who's house the tree was being felled was delighted at the quick response.The 3 lads then started the job - talk about hard working they never stopped. Pete and his team arrived after offering a quote the day before, normally a long waiting list to have a good tree surgeon fit you in, Pete was very knowledgeable of all the trees that needed attending and curteous, offering advice. I knew I was going to get a great job. They arrived to Cut back & thin our tree's on the front and take down a whole Cherry Blossom Tree, along with tidying up a tall Conifer tree. Before they started, they removed all necessary items and created space. I was amazed watching them perform a huge task with minimal effort, using all the right safety tools & equipment. The garden now has light, they cleaned, brushed, washed the garden and left in a better state than before they arrived. I am 110% impressed with the speed, efficiency & mannerism the team worked and all at a great price. I would definitely recommend Amber Tree Services & shall be using them again in the future. I needed a rather large ash tree removing from the garden. I contacted a few tree surgeons but Pete at Amber Tree Services was by far the most knowledgeable and clearly has a passion for his work.

Good communication all the way through. Pete and his team turned up when planned and carried out the relevant work. They left me with a large amount of the trunk and larger branches which will see my log burner roaring for years!

Payment only required once I was happy with the work.

Would definitely use again, cannot recommend highly enough.

Contacted Pete regarding the removal of a Willow tree.

from the first contact with him I knew I’d chose the right guy for the job, came to visit and explained what the tree was and how long it would take to remove.

Date set in place pete and the lads arrived 20mins early to start to prepare the area and after hour and half the job was completed. Highly recommend amber tree services, professional,reliable and value for money all in all a great company 5 star all the way
