What do you love most about your job?
I like doing a good job for my clients and my client's always have my direct, personal mobile number. I love the fact that no two cases are ever the same, which means I can provide a personal, bespoke service to my clients. I am very approachable to my clients but I am fierce when dealing with the other side on a case.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Quality of life is important to me — not just for myself, but for my clients. I work for myself so that I can offer flexibility to my clients. Life can be full of unexpected events and my 24/7 phone lines and out of hours consultations are designed specifically to cater for people with busy lives.

Having the latest technology has been essential to keep my clients safe. I use all available means of communication — online consultations, phone calls, emails and texts — plus the majority of paperwork can be sent electronically if preferred.
