I had a 1:1 session with Amanda and it was Amazing :-) She really helped me to reflect and see where I was at and the small and manageable shifts that I could incorporate to get to where I wanted to be. Amanda is such a lovely person and held space beautifully, I felt really safe to open up and share how I was feeling and I felt really heard.
