I am qualified level 3 Emergency at Work First Aid.
I have 30 years experience of offensive and defensive Law Enforcement, retiring from the Police in 2015 and now available as a self employed active Independent Security Operative .

I run a commercial Business with a Retail aspect that suffered from Shoplifting. I have used Richard as a store detective as well as visible guard.
Knows his stuff, confident and not concerned about challenging & confronting suspected wrong doers.
Popular with regular customers, and incidents of shoplifting have dropped off.
Strongly recommended. He is ex Police and its like having your own private Police Force when he is about. Provided loads of free Crime Prevention advice from which I have made some improvements to prevention.

I have held hospitality events, charity functions, Private parties for Special Occasions at various venues, and have used Richard of ASR Dorset every time he is available for hire.
A great depth of knowledge as an Ex Senior Police Officer with a friendly but firm approach, where I would not want anyone else. I learnt a lot from him with his suggestions around prevention & safety.
Highly motivated, observant and I knew he was good when staff tell me that he is 'proper' security and gives a service they don't often see from any other security used from elsewhere. ASR Dorset strongly recommended.
