From the first call I was impressed text message to say taxi left,second message to say outside exactly on time.Driver was lovely conversation made the time pass to Heathrow. I had booked return taxi two weeks later,I was one hour late and my phone was not working so I was panicking they would not be there let alone where to find them.I phoned alpha after my phone started working and a recorded message came telling my taxi was there and to press 1 to be put through to driver,he was so helpful we managed to find each other Heathrow not my favourite airport late and tired.We got to M25 only to see the jct we wanted on M23 was shut so had to go longer route to crawley.Again drivery lovely making journey more interesting .And although he had been waiting an hour for my delayed flight he did not charge me extra.Would definatly use again and highly recommend excellent service thank you alpha taxis. excellent service. called them in an emergency as had been let down by arranged transport and alpha were there within 5 minutes at 11.30 at night. thank you alpha.
