I sat the Level 2 Door supervision course with Alpha 1 up in Manchester. The standard of tuition was excellent, I met some of the staff that work for them also and they are all professional, as they are mainly ex military or police this isn’t a shock. But the training was excellent, very informative and delivered in a good manor that didn’t send me to sleep. I saw the guys and girl in action at Glaston-Bury music festival dealing with a few situations! one young man assisting with a woman who had fallen down the road (so not his problem) but he reacted instantly calmly and in up most professionalism! furthermore there was a few more incidents that occurred inside the venue and the way all the door staff reacted was textbook perfect not your typical heavy handed doormen! absolutely brilliant day talking to all of them lovely kind and as ever professional an absolute credit to Alpha More...
