We continuously invest in professional development, including management degrees and safety qualifications such as NEBOSH and NCRQ.

Our team members undergo a rigorous selection, screening, and training process to ensure they are competent, confident, resilient, and customer-focused. All security staff are licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA) to at least door supervisor level and are trained in first aid.
