This is a scam. called locksmith who said I needed a lock mechanism change. asked me for £560 for a new one, threatened to leave my house unsecured unless I paid. Fitted a temp lock and I had to wait 4 days before he came back to "finish" the job. Avoid this company. Following a burglary yesterday at my property, Allservices4u sent a Locksmith from "Briggs Locksmiths" Huddersfield.
The locksmith arrived with a really poor attitude like I was a huge inconvenience to him, he stunk of B.O, he complained that parking across the road was not ideal because "I'll have to carry my tools" and charged me £58.80 for the call out and £30 to replace the lock in the front door.
He also quoted me £100 labour and £100 for the lock if I wanted the back door lock replacing as well however, because of his poor attitude I refused.
The following day crime prevention officers came to give advice for additional security in my home, the lock he installed was rated level 0 and wasn't insurance approved as well as the lock installed was the wrong size meaning an opportunistic thief could have easily broken the lock and gained entry to my property.
I had to call out a reputable locksmith today to replace the lock in the front door as well as the back door and charged me £60 less then I was quoted yesterday for the back door and only £85 for the front door which now has a level 3 insurance approved lock.

Arranged for this company to send out a plumber. Was told by the operator that it was £99 which covers callout and 2 hours labour.
Plumber turned up to "take a look but not do anything 🙄". He shown my partner (as I was at work) where the blockage was and said "someone will call tomorrow to arrange getting this sorted". He was at our house for 10 mins max.
All Services 4 U then call and tell my partner its £118, not 99, the extra was a "deposit to secure the work".
A week later, still hear nothing. After calling daily for an update I finally get told "oh the plumber says he cant do that work". Ok, do I get my £118 back, or at least some of it? "No".
This is a disgusting scam company. Their business model is to basically make profits off of call outs "assesing the job". They have no interest in getting your issue resolved. Please do not use and end up out of pocket like me.
Any doubts about the validity of my experience, simply look how many 1 star reviews they have.

AVOID or Buy your own parts.
Way overpriced parts,
£50 plus vat for a cheap £11 lock.
Door gear £160 plus VAT £60 including VAT all over the internet or from amazon.
Took a week with many different excuses to complete the job with a bill at the end that would have paid for a whole new front door. took a call to the main office to get the job finished then ignored by customer services about pricing.
Billed by this company, worked booked by another. called a different one again. lots of websites linked to them.

Was given a quote to install a new boiler, agreed quote and booked a date for installation. On day of installation the engineer rang and told us it would cost another £400 - came up with all sorts of excuses, it was Winter, was a different boiler make to existing one, etc. Rang the office and spoke to assistant manager who told us he shouldn't have told us that and it was the price quoted. He was meant to ring the engineer and get back to us but he didn't. Rang again and spoke to someone else who told us it was at the discretion of the engineer. Asked to speak to the manager and was told he would call us. Never did! Do not use this company. Just because we had no heating or hot water they think they can rip you off. Avoid at all costs! On Friday 5th August I asked for one of All Services 4 U plumbers to come out and fix a leak in an un suite shower. He attended site checked the shower tray and toilet.
He said the shower tray was fine and found a slight leak from the toilet. He said he fixed that and that everything else was guaranteed. I paid the call out charge as requested.
Over the weekend of the 6th and 7th August the owner below continued to complain that there was a leak. I contacted All Services 4 U call centre on the 7th August to advise. They eventually arranged to send out a different plumber, not the same day but the following day! He attended site for a few minutes and suggested that the whole bathroom needed to be changed?! Talk about cracking a nut with a sledgehammer!! I challenged this and said if there is a single leak from one place why would the entire bathroom need to be changed and that’s not what the other plumber on Friday said? I contacted All Services 4 U call centre again and after 5 calls that day arranged for the first plumber to attend on the 9th August, whilst the leak continued causing damage. The plumber said the leak had reoccurred and he would fix it. He advised this would be covered under the guarantee. He called me after completion of the job and said that there would only be a small charge of £10 for a part. Nobody called me for this payment.
On the 11th August water from my flat flooded into the flat below. I contacted All Services 4 U call centre and they said somebody would be out between 9am and 12pm, even though I stressed it was an emergency?! Unfortunately they sent the other plumber who casually arrived late at approximately 3pm and then refused to go into the flat and just left? I contacted All Services 4 U call centre at 15.24 and spoke to an agent that initially said I owed payment for a job, then said the plumbers would not be attending to fix the problem? Just like that.
I paid for Pimlico Plumbers to go out. He arrived within 45 minutes and immediately localised and stopped the leak.
I raised this as a complaint and all of my points were ignored and the only comment was they have pictures of the water damage before they arrived.
I have pictures of the water damage before they arrived and water damage after they got involved!!! 2 very different sets of pictures.
Use this company for simple things like changing a toilet seat, anything else and you're in the lap of the gods.
I have a very strong case and will be taking legal action.

STOP AND THINK TWICE BEFORE USING ALL Services 4 U !!!!!
If you want to be left stranded with NO hot water this company is right for you.
The engineer arrived at 17:00 to service a 2-year-old boiler and left at 19:00.
After he left there was no hot water and I called the office which advised that they would call the engineer and ask him to get in touch.
45 minutes later still no feedback and I called them again. This time the lady who answered explained that the manager was out of the office and would call me back in a few minutes. This never happened.
I called again 20 minutes later to be told by an extremely nonchalant agent that they can not get hold of their engineer and my family would simply have to go without hot water till tomorrow.
He then asked whether I would like to make another booking and when we would be available.
My advice - get a local Gas Safe engineer with a good reputation and avoid online companies that advertise 24/7 services but actually mean they have a mediocre 24/7 help line that will make bookings for next day services

I was told on the phone the fee would be at most £90 (worst case scenario) after being locked out. The man who came changed the lock and did a good job. He arrived quickly and got the job done. His service was good. However, the final fee, including a new lock, was £180. The woman on the phone did not include the cost of the new lock. Either she is an idiot or she deliberately mislead me. I had received cheaper quotes, so I'm not particularly happy. It also means the original £90 cost was just for drilling the door open. I could have done that myself.... More...

Daylight robbery.
Locked myself out of the house. Called these guys to be told it would be £59 if easy to get in. Guy took 35 minutes to arrive and even less time to do the job.
After showing him 3 different types of lock on various doors he chose to Drill through upvc lock. On replacing the drilled through lock and finishing the job he then asked me to pay £201. No communication about cost before this point otherwise would have told him to leave. Obviously I questioned it quoting the original estimate but ended up paying as felt I had no choice.
Have contacted customer service to complain but doubt I will hear back. Don’t use these guys they take advantage of people who trust them.

I had issues with my back garden door lock got your number from google search . Called up and spoke to your customer service agent requesting for lock smith to attend my job .
Overall your service was good and the lock Smith attending my job was very courteous and professional his name was Patrick .
After examining my door and lock partrick advised me that door gear box has gone and needs replacement and the cost will be £230 for gearbox £ 59 for attending my job plus 20% VAT so the total will be approximately £345. At that stage i agreed and asked Patrick to change the gear box thinking it must be expensive lock / door gear box . After completing my job Patrick did give me discount on gear box from £ 230 it was now for £189 so discount of £41 .
But some where in my mind i had doubts about price for door gear box so checked on line for price and to my sock same gear box (ERA) between £ 35-40 . I understand your company is a business and it needs to make money to survive but the price which I was charged is nearly 350% more then market price . I am not against charging extra for Sevices but 350% more is extortion and looting. I should be getting 3 sets of door keys but I was given only 2 ? All that hard work by your locksmith Patrick and the service has gone in drain because of your company pricing policies. Please find attached pictures of similar door gear box available in local stores like tool station and online costing only £ 30-40 or less . This creates serious doubts about your companies intentions of doing ethical business with fair pricing .
So to discuss this further and get some clarification I called up your company phone 020 3627 0820 and spoke to Trimathi James . This person had no basic managers was rude , no customer service skills what so ever .He was shouting and yelling on phone not letting me talk and discuss my concerns .
I would like to formally place a complain regarding price I have been changed for door gear box and rude behaviour of your customer service manager Trimathi James .could you kindly get back me on this complain .
