What do you love most about your job?
Our job is like doing sports and training towards a specific goal. Each week, we train together with our colleagues, which is represented in discovering/investigating new things and a steep learning curve. We use all your power of will and capabilities to commit during a project and to achieve a successful go-live at the end. Passion and commitment are important. However, once in a while it’s also great to blow off some steam. With my job, this mentality is shared and nobody runs from a party.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My younger brother once ordered something about website on freelancing platforms and found that no one provided what he needed. Not the quality, not the perfect fit. So I tried to do it. When I completed it so It was the result which he wanted. And that inspired me to start my own business where I can provide the quality, perfection and fulfil the people needs so that people don't get sad or demotivated with the results.
