How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By equipping them with the necessary knowledge, skills, support and guidance to reach their health and fitness goals.
I guide my clients through weight and strength training techniques to ensure their form is correct thus enabling exercises to be far more effective. We believe in providing fun, varied and rewarding exercise programmes to keep you motivated and confident.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work and consistency. It is recognising and enjoying the small incremental changes on the way to achieving long-term goals.
What do you love most about your job?
The most rewarding thing for me is seeing my clients achieve their goals but also transforming their lives and developing a passion for exercise along the way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been passionate about fitness but I reached a turning point in my life when I realised I needed a career where I could make people feel good about themselves and enjoy longer, fitter, healthy lives and share my passion for exercise.
