I initially thought I didn't need counselling after loosing my daughter earlier this year, thinking I could deal with my loss on my own but I was wrong!
Although our sessions are by phone because of Covid-19, Ali has a reassuring voice and instantly puts you at ease. The pain of losing someone will never lessen, but it is comforting talking to someone who understands the level of emotions and anxieties that grief throws at you. There is no right or wrong way of dealing with your loss but I have found that a listening ear can help hugely.
I would highly recommend Ali.
