I provide a safe, friendly and non-judgemental environment to confidentially explore and process difficult thoughts and feelings, These feelings will often be around issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Bereavement, Abuse and bullying, Low confidence and Self-esteem, OCD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Sexual Abuse, Self harm and suicide.
Though all feelings are all normal under the circumstances, they can feel isolating, confusing and that no one could help. Then this can lead us to make unhelpful choices.
I use such therapies as Person Centred, Transactional Analysis, Transpersonal, Gestalt, CBT ( Cognitive/ Behavioural Therapy) EFT and relaxation, it is important to find out what is helpful and what is not, in an honest and open way. By developing a trusting relationship between clients and myself, positive ways forward can be achieved.
