I am passionate about the effectiveness of Integrative Counselling. which tailors the different approaches to each client's needs on a wide range of Issues.
With over 20 years experience, counselling and the potential it has for an effective and happier way forward never ceases to hearten me. When life becomes too hard to see the wood for the trees, having someone to walk with along the difficult and often scary path of processing difficult feelings (without judgement or someone ‘telling us' what to do) can empower us and find peace.

After volunteering I became accredited with Cruse the bereavemnet charity.
I gained my counselling Diploma over 4 years of training and also worked for Counselling plus Community in Hastings, which is an organisation providing low cost counselling .
I then wished to reach more people by starting my own business.

I have over 20 years experience and with integrative , which means I tailor different therapies depending on which is apropriate for each client. We discuss this in our first session. For me, there is no therapy that' fits all', as we are all so different in our experiencing and needs.
