If you’re not assessing, you’re guessing! I find the specifics to your general difficulties when it comes to injury, fitness goals, postural alignment, weight loss or athletic performance. I provide a well structured plan that we go through together on a week to week, day to day basis, so that you feel confident that you are making progress. However, I don’t do “quick fixes”. Be prepared to put the work in and you will defined reap the benefits.

I can do online programming for people. I have many questionnaires at my disposal which allow me to be precise enough to help you almost as well as face to face.

I have good hygiene practices and wash my hands regularly. I also follow Government guidelines and respect the wishes of clients and their beliefs.
