I have just finished working with Alex on a 1-1 coaching package and honestly, working with Alex has changed everything for me. Before we started, I was about to give up on Instagram and other things because I kept feeling like it was too difficult, I just couldn’t get my head around it - from that it had such a knock on effect on my mindset and confidence. In the last 6 weeks, so much has been done - I’ve been able to make things happen in my Business that I never thought possible. I’m now ending this year on such a high! I came to Alex, because I needed a problem solving. I have a unique buisness, that has its own set of challenges. I have recently had a 1:1 8 week Instagram programme with Alex McCarthy I was a newbie to Instagram and Alex covered so much including my profile, stories and highlights. Alex also recorded our sessions so I am able to go back and watch them at any time. Alex has given me the confidence and ability to show up online daily!! As well as helping me with Instagram Alex shared some self help tips on NLP which she also specialises in. I have just completed Alex's 8 week mindset and business coaching program and I cannot thank her enough. 8 weeks ago I had an idea but was not sure how I could turn that idea into an online business. Alex provided me with the support and knowledge of social media platforms I needed in order to create and grow my business as well as being my personal cheerleader and giving me the confidence boost I needed to just go for it. 8 weeks on I have created an Instagram page and grown that to over 200 followers. I have been working with Alex over the past 6 weeks, being coached in the field of Social Media!! Alex has provided loads of valuable content and has helped me got have ‘structure’ to my profile & posting. Having already used Instagram, I knew bits and pieces! However, I now know so much more due to Alex’s expert knowledge in this area!
