In Alex`s 28 day free fat loss program I managed to get better results than in the whole previous half a year of pretentious training! :D
Thanks to this program I got into a habit of eating well and boosted my confidence when working with weights in the gym.
Even after the 28 days I still have motivation to keep going!

After a decade of trying stupid diets or making excuses for why I was overweight, I saw the 28 day plan and decided it was time to make a change! Just two weeks in - I'm feeling fitter, stronger and lighter. I've broken out of the stale gym class routines and embraced the beach workouts. Oh and I've lost 3 inches off my waist and thighs. Within the 28 days, Alex really helped motivate me to finally exercise regularly and also made me enjoy exercise mainly due to seeing and feeling results just after 2 weeks (photos are are the evidence). After years of being fed up with not being comfortable in just about anything I wear - muffin top hanging over trousers, too many wobbly bits in a swim suit, too tight dresses. ..I signed up to do the 28 day rapid fat loss programme with Alex and WOW! Through rain, wind, lightening, our grumbling & groaning Alex was there to motivate, encourage and support us every step of the way and always with a gigantic smile....I lost 5.5lbs in 28 days but more importantly my clothes aren't so tight anymore?. Before training with Alex I was stuck at a dead end at the gym. I was doing the same routines, majority of my work outs were cardio based, I did very basic weights, had no clue on how to get to my goal and I was living on plain boring salads.

Since training with Alex I have reached more in two months than I have in half a year of training by myself. Not only do I have a better knowledge and understanding of weights, I have grown confidence and I have a better understanding of nutrition and that it is okay to have treats now and then and to have a healthy lifestyle doesn't have to be a chore.

I couldn't thank Alex more for the support inside and outside of the gym she has provided. I feel and look a whole lot healthier and toned and I can surely say it's great having others notice the difference to and I can't wait to see the results in future!

Alex really does provide a 5* service.
I had signed up to Ratrace which was a 13 mile run and 150 obstacles, I thought I had left plenty of time to prepare, but could not motivate myself to push hard at the gym, I was doing the same work out every time and Ratrace was slowly creeping up on me, so decided to get a PT to help improve my fitness and show me how to motivate, push myself and get the results I was looking for.
On a Friday I do a Boxfit class at 7:15am for 45 minutes, id often get there early and see Alex finishing a spin class before taking my Boxfit class, Alex would always join in and get involved from start to finish, that's what made me choose Alex, I thought what an inspiration!, she clearly works really hard! all the other trainers just run the class and show you what to do, they do not often join in, Alex on the other hand is spinning for 45 minutes then joining in the Boxfit class for 45 minutes, I want to be that fit.
So Alex accepted the challenge to dramatically improve my fitness in just under 8 weeks and that she did! I was so impressed I completed the 13 miles and 150 obstacles without getting out of breath and actually enjoyed doing it as well as thinking, I could do that again at the finish line. (previously I would struggle to run 3k)
Alex also helped me push myself to the next level, to lift a heavier weight, to try circuit training, eat well, but not deprive myself of a treat and that its not all about the cardio. I lost more body fat than I expected and lost weight too.

Alex is absolutely fantastic at what she does. 28 days later and I feel like a new person! More awake, fit and raring to go! The gym was a bizarre concept before my 28 days. Constant guilt that gym memberships were not being used, then making the every now and then trip to the gym and once getting there not really knowing what to do. Attempting some cardio and a few toning machines but not having the confidence to make an impact. 28 days later and I understand my body a lot more! Which exercises will help create the right shapes, the scary free weights room and how to use them as well as the magic of lots of protein!! Thank you Alex! You’re a star! Naomi More...

Before I met Alex, I’ve been a gym member for a year and half but never went at all.

In order to fit into my wedding dress and get healthier, I had a look online and Alex’s profile caught my eye. She specializes in body fat reduction which I need the most as I was eating badly in the last few years.

Alex is a very nice person, bubbly, hepful and easy to talk to.
In the last 3 months, she always gave me very good motivations, great support, make me concious of my eating habits without getting rid of all my favourite foods, explain the benefit of each exercise and pushed me more than I thought I could manage.
I highly recommend Alex as a PT. Thank you very much Alex!! :)

Alex is one of the realest down to earth people to train with! I’ve enjoyed my experience and most of all I’ve learned skills that are useful for my fitness journey, such as being conscious of my eating habits, about nutrition in general and being accountable and enjoying working out Working with her helped me find my motivation again!
What I’ve really appreciated is the honest and real talks about fitness, enjoyable and challenging enough workouts and all around advice whenever needed. It’s been a most pleasant and informative experience with her and after seeing results I’m just as motivated to keep it up?

I answered a ‘hell yes’ back in September 2017 to Alex’s ladies free fuel for fat loss group a 28 day trial. The BEST thing I did. I was nervous as had tried multiple diets, exercise clubs etc I met Alex when I was desperate and fed up of how I was looking, stuck in a rut!!
She introduced me to my fitness pal and had planned workout for me. I went on to being a regular and eventually upping my commitment to a VIP customer of Alex. Nothing was too much trouble for Alex. she works very hard to make everything achievable if you want it. She keeps the information short and to the point. No fancy gimmicks or tricks. I’m not saying the journey was easy all the way there were highs and Lows but I know without a doubt I would have given up if is wasn’t for Alex helping me. Would I do it all again HELL YES!!!!
