Our company is dedicated to helping the client achieve their emotional potential which has a knock on effect to all aspects of their lives. There is much education on intellectual knowledge but little on emotional intelligence we find and this is a major reason why people falter in life. We help clients understand that anger is really a frustration with feeling dis empowered and make suggestions of alternative avenues. We build confidence with those that have low self esteem and anxiety by helping them learn affirmations and create a new language base to strengthen their confidence. We reverse negative habits by replacing new positive ones which create different outcomes.
We explain ways to release stress by teaching our clients to focus on more relaxing topics so as to decompress. We guide clients who are confused as to which direction to take at pivotal moments in their lives, and who need to explore with someone their inner dreams and soul goals. We help clients understand the emotional whirlwind of relationships and the shadow side of others. We help clients understand different peoples perspectives and thereby expanding their understanding of reality. We educate clients in communicating better by listening to them carefully and seeing where they may be being misunderstood. We help resolve old trauma from childhood etc which cause repetitive negative patterns in relationships if not identified . We are a spiritual counselling service and we look to heal the whole individual so we will look at food intake, physical movement and thought processes and the journey of the soul. We believe there is a war with the mind and heart and that it is important for the heart to win. We believe we can mold ourselves into what we desire and that there is no limit to our potential.
