We have still NOT received the our worktop!! The company never delivered. Still waiting after 2 months living without kitchen worktop, sink and hob! They stopped responding to our phone calls and messages!! We are contacting authorities and opening a claim against this company!!! More...

We had a worktop provided and installed by Albastone Projects. The quality of the stone is really high, however, the way it was cut and installed not so much. The part where we would like to have a dish drying rack is wider at one end - it is 30 cm at one end and 29 cm at the other. This makes it impossible for us to place the rack on it and use it as intended. The templates and all previous agreements clearly specified 30 cm at both ends.

Mr. Sadiq Gecaj was very nice and professional up to the point where we complained about this, when he was constantly 'on a business trip' and we could not speak to him. We have instead received an email from Mr. Elif Kol who has said that they will send us an invoice which we need to pay in advance for them to come see what the problem is (in spite of several pictures with measurements which we have sent to them).

On top of this, we have mentioned that we are very disappointed in how we are treated as customers and not even getting a reply back after several attempts and that we will write about our experience online, Mr Kol's reply was that this sort of threats are unacceptable and that he will pass them onto their legal department to look into.

So it looks like sharing your actual experience is unacceptable, but avoiding to fix issues, trying to overcharge and intimidate customers is. Very disappointing!

Since i have still not heard back on this and i am still left with a crooked worktop, I feel like i should share my experience with others, in hope that they will not have to go though anything similar. I have proof of everything i have claimed above and happy to share with Albastone's Legal department in case Mr. Kol wishes to proceed with his threat.

An overall very disappointing experience, which is a shame as the stone is really nice, and the company seems to complete larger projects successfully. I guess it is just smaller projects that are not as important to them. More...

Did an excellent job. Sadiq is a lovely person to deal with and is prepared to go out of the way to help. Strongly recommend.
