AKD Facilities Management

This is a very poor company, the worst I have ever worked for. They provide a lot of guards that can't speak english well or at all, they employ people who just can't do the job at all. They have at least one site security manager who thinks he knows how to manager and he doesn't have a clue. The company just don't care, not once did they visit the site I was on (Clipper in Sherburn in Helmet) and they always pay you late (up to 3 days late for me, up to a week for one of my colleagues).

They never respond to emails and it once took me 3 months to get back £50. I am so glad I left, I'm so much happier now and everyone I know has noticed the change in me.

Very poor company, very fraudulent, they owe you so much money & NEVER PAY especially SAAD , they never pay .they are still oweing us till today . They would stop responding to your calls & won’t pay . They would seize your money . VERY FRAUDULENT COMPANY, NOT PROFESSIONAL, never stick to agreement,& CLIENT PLEASE BEWARE. They don’t have staff , always sub contracting & then they owe the sub contractors for their services rendered. They are liars , poor services to client , don’t have any staff of their own , always sub- contracting & never pay . They would always disappoint you, intentionally frustrate you, PLEASE AVOID THESE PAKISTANI COMPANY. They never pay their staff, all complaining, spoke to someone in the control room , he said he has been owed for over 3 months and can’t leave because if he leaves they would never pay him so he is still with them so that he can collect his pay little by little & he regrets working with them. Check google reviews, very poor. AVOID THESE COMPANY, NOTICE TO ALL CLIENTS THAT WANT TO USE THEM FOR ANY SERVICES.if I can give them lower than 1 star , I would definitely do.
