unprofessional workmanship a lot of pieces of asbestos tiles were not cleaned due to other work I was not in the apartment but the neighbor was unhappy because asbestos was carried across his yard and it hadn't been cleaned up I have pictures of this combo jobnot recommend

Quote was accepted in 2021, I paid them to have wall paper samples tested which came back positive for asbestos and gave me a certificate to prove it. Other separate tests I arranged came back negative for asbestos using 2 different approved labs. Cancelled on me 3 times with various excuses, poor communication, came unprepared to do the job and said they didn't have the right equipment so they left and never came back, so decided not to use. Left a vacuum cleaner full of asbestos in my house and never came to collect it even after repeated emails, I had to arrange for it to be disposed off. I can't understand all the positive reviews. Hi Nicolas, I am really sorry you have felt the need to leave this review on our page. I have tried to contact you this evening to discuss but you have been non-responsive. The reason for our confusion is that our last communication in May 2021 was you stating that you were going to remove the textured coatings yourself but would get in touch if you decided you wanted us to assist with this. You have commented on the positive results from the asbestos samples collected and rightly confirmed that the confirmation of asbestos content was provided, you failed to mention that these results were from a UKAS approved lab as we do not carry out the tests on the samples. We would be more than happy to discuss any concerns you may have if you would like to contact us. As you can see from our reviews, good customer service is the basis on which we conduct our business so reading a review like this is extremely upsetting and rather unfair.

Guys turned up early 7.30 am because I had work on today , I should them two huts that I thought had asbestos in.
They confirmed the roof on one shed was asbestos but assured me the more complicated job wasn’t asbestos,
Given the chance to easily rip me off they were absolutely straight.
I wouldn’t hesitate to get the guys back and will be having roof on big shed removed by Airsafe.

This company came to remove an asbestos flue from my house and never put anything to cover the hole left in the roof. Instead they have me a piece of plastic and suggested that I could fix it myself.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone unfortunately.
