Ross was fantastic! So helpful, friendly yet professional. There is no hard sales pitch, answering all questions fired at him - even working hard to change product specification on the order at short notice due to my mother changing her mind on the seat required. Ross you have made the bath mint experience for my mother a dream, even so - she cried in her first bath in the Montana, saying she has never felt so safe, having the ability to walk in and out of the bath and also being lowered down on the seat. Our bathroom was recently upgraded by Affect Ability and the transformation was all (and more) that we could have wished for. From the outset, we were very impressed by the professionalism and competence demonstrated by Ross and his team. Ross was professional and efficient from the outset. He carried out a thorough Home Assessment, listening to our requirements, and produced a clear and detailed plan. This gave us confidence that the bathroom would be suitable for our needs when finished. Once we decided to go ahead, he gave us a start date. He turned up as arranged and the work was carried out competently and with skill by him and his team. He told us day by day what they were doing. Everyone on the team was polite and considerate. They cleared up as they went along, making sure that as little mess as possible was carried through the house. At the end of the day, other than the bathroom, you wouldn’t say they’d been in the house. Delighted with finished bathroom with wet-room/walk in shower and slipper bath, lovely colours, great quality chrome fittings and contrasting tiles chosen. Very individual detail in shelves and LED lighting and the two different mosaics finish it off by bringing all the colours together. Lovely bright bathroom or mood lit by LED's on separate switch, stunning!
