Q&As

All our carers are continually telling us how rewarding it is to care for people. They want to make a difference to a person's life and to help others.

Our passion for person centred care, providing you and your family with peace of mind and positive outcomes is inspired by our desire to deliver quality of life for all.

At AevaCare, we strive to go that extra mile to promote and preserve dignity, respect, choice, independence, emotional and mental well being and fulfilment. We take the time to understand your individual needs. We continually review your care plan to ensure they meet any of your changing needs and we will always do so in your best interest. At AevaCare, we not only care for you, we care about you.

We are always here to chat on the phone about how we are able to help you and discuss your requirements. Initial consultation can also be via FaceTime or Zoom.

At AevaCare, our main goal throughout this pandemic is to ensure that all of our clients, service users and staff remain as safe as possible. We are working hard to monitor and respond swiftly and put measures in place by continuing to follow the Government guidelines on delivering care at home to minimise the spread of the Covid-19. This includes the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and robust infection control measures which our Care Staff are strictly adhering to, in particular, hand and respiratory hygiene. We work with a range of suppliers to ensure that we have adequate stock of PPEs which include face masks, visors, disposable gloves and disposable aprons. Our staff have now received their first vaccinations.
