What do you love most about your job?
Here at A&E Home Improvements the best part of our job is the end product when its completely transformed into the customers dream. Bringing light to our customers faces at the end of a job is our main goal.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Initially it was something we wanted to do to work around our family life. But with working for other larger companies whilst doing some of our own work we realised that the care and attention to detail was a minor thing for the larger companies and it was all about getting the job done to start the next one to earn more money. This for us was not a true picture of how a business should treat their customers, and so with our small family business we wanted to be able to give the care and attention to detail as this for us is one of the major part of our job.
