Just had a new security system installed by Glen Clarke. Amazing customer service. Glen arrived on time, installed the system efficiently, cleaned everything as he went along and gave a full demonstration of the system as well as tips and tricks. Just had my security & alarm system upgraded to wireless by Oliver Street.Oliver was professional and courteous at all times . Had my installation done today by the very helpful, friendly, professional Lucy Greenman. She explained everything in detail, helped me with the app, very informative.
She cleaned as she went so left everything tidy, explained best place to have the panel so it was accessible for me, she placed the camera in the perfect place, all round fantastic job and bonus I didn't wait to long for the insulation. Lucy is an absolute credit to ADT.

I had an issue with me ADT smarthome gateway on my desktop PC, and Steve Peak from the ADT Resolve Tech Support team identified that I was using an outdated login page.
Steve very kindly assisted by directing me to the new correct login page and made sure I was able to view my page before he finished the call.
Well done and thank you Steve from ADT, top marks again for genuinely caring for your customers. This is a rare commodity in this modern age where businesses chase you for your money and often drop you like a hot brick when they have got your payment.
ADT is a breathe of fresh air in a stuffy world of commerce.

I got my alarm fitted and forgot to get a window shock sensor for the kitchen, steve hunt came to fit the sensor, he was very good he contacted me prior to coming and informed me how to move the sensor when we get new windows, definitely reccomend. Excellent service.

John Lees (580457) come round today to.fox an issue with my alarm panel. After the new sim card did not fix the problem, he installed a brand new more up to date version of the alarm panel he had on the van and was able to get the problem sorted and now we have a newer panel too.
