I can fully recommend ADP for the service they gave. I requested an inspection of my Septic Tank for possible repair or replacement.
They attended the following day and gave great advice for both repair and replacement for which they given quotations a short time after.
I have not taken up the quotations at present as l am progressing insurance. But l can fully recommend their attention.

What do you love most about your job?
Having spent 25 years in the industry and working for some of the biggest manufacturers i have learnt that customer satisfaction is the key to success and it is giving my customers this and making sure their happy that i love the most.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I felt that customers needed a company that focused on them and their needs, most big companies lose that connection but we always treat every customer as special and with the upmost respect. our company moto is " big enough to cope but small enough to care" and it is that which continues to give us success in the industry.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
working in the sewage industry we always take great care with hygiene when working at a customers premises. Gloves are always worn and we take great care to socially distance when carrying out site consultations. Work areas are left clean and tidy nd all waste removed from site.

We offer a full installation package from design, sizing, installation, commissioning and local authority sign off. All our installations are carried out by ADP staff and signed off by a company director ensuring quality all the way through the process.
All of our installations come with a 3 year aftersales package to ensure the system continues to work correctly after we have left giving you piece of mind. Each installed tank comes with 3 years mechanical and 20 years warranty so you wont need to worry about anyfuture expensive repair costs.

We can maintain your new or existing sewage treatment plant or pump station and look after all makes of system.
all our vans are stocked with essential parts for all domestic units allowing for a first time first fix meaning no waiting around when you sewage system is down.
