Had our lawn done in July 2016, was absolutely in love with it, however 2 years on it has developed flat patches and grass is not springing back up. Patches aren’t in high usage areas and tbh lawn isn’t used very much so I was really disappointed and complained. Customer service is appalling and took about a month to get someone to basically tell me ‘tough’ as this is what the lawn does and because it’s only effecting the look of the lawn not the usage it’s not covered by warranty. I would of expected this after 5-6 years of use but not less than 2 years. Please if you actually use your lawn, don’t use this company as it won’t be looking good for long, your better off re-turfing it a few times and it would be considerably cheaper. More...

We had our lawn fitted a few weeks ago, and for the first few days it looked great, however unfortunately within a week part of it burnt and melted from the sun and heat. Couldn't be anymore happier with our new artificial grass by LazyLawn. The customer service we received right from the start was second to none. This is one of the main reasons we decided to use them. Trevor's explanation of the process and what they recommend for us was brilliant and made us confident that we could trust them. The lads were great and very nice. Steve explained what he was doing and they were tidy and very professional. Brilliant service really happy with our grass. We have two cats that keep our grass nice and clean �. Two kids that use it all weather. Extremely disappointed in LazyLawn as a company. We had their artificial grass installed in Oct 15 in our back garden. We were looking at having our front garden done & were advised by other companies that our grass in the back was badly installed. We asked LazyLawn to come out & advise. Since having the grass installed the franchise we used has changed hands & the guy that came out agreed that the grass had been installed on a very poor base which had shifted so much that it was collapsing & creating indentations all over the garden & some of the materials used were poor quality. As he didn't install the original grass he said he would speak to head office to see what could be done. I had an email yesterday stating that as I was 4 months out of the installation warranty they weren't prepared to do anything. I accept that we are out of warranty but when their own people are saying it was installed poorly from day 1 I think this is very poor customer service from LazyLawn. More...

We asked Josh to quote for artificial grass to be laid in the back garden. We found Josh to be friendly, knowledgable, yet professional. That together with the quality of the turf and his ability to reason his installation process, meant we were happy to use Josh above others.

We agreed an installation date with Josh and his team turned up exactly on time. The lads worked hard all day and into the evening to make sure everything was completed within the anticipated timescale.

We were very pleased with the results. Best of all the kids could use the garden straight away.

Having had the grass for a few weeks now, and the kids have ran around and kicked a lot of footballs, I am still pleased to say that it looks like new and hope this continues for a long time.

I would be pleased to recommend Josh to anyone thinking of having artificial grass laid. More...

We have recently had LazyLawn installed in our outdoor play area at St Monica's Pre-School in Appleton. The finished result looks amazing. Would not recommend this company at all. The guy who fitted ours didn't fit it right, without any drainage or underlay. He told us it was one piece however it's multiple pieces. Been fine for a few years and then started to go black and gather water. Guy has now left the company and Lazy Lawns told me they couldn't do anything to help except re fit a completely new grass for the same price as the other ( nearly £2000!). Also wasn't made aware of the yearly maintenance they carry out. Absolutely fuming I'm having to get some one else in to get it sorted. � More...

I finished phase one of my back garden with my 4 hole putting green ( wife thought she was getting a stone circle patio in the middle. ..haha not.) Feb 2014. Well used by everyone especially at BBQs..great fun. 3 years later no problems lazy lawn laid over concrete base with run off and drainage around outside.
