I have been working in the fitness and dance sector for over 30 years, but have more recently extended into personal training and Pilates.
I offer personal training sessions and nutrition advice to Ladies over the age of 18 years helping them to get fitter, more energised and feel confident about their bodies. Sessions can be either as groups or 1 - 1, either face to face in the comfort of your own home or if you prefer online. Individual work out programmes can also be made for you to work out on your own either at home or in the gym.
We also have a walking group which is free for anyone to attend.
Starter package of 4 sessions has 20% off. 6 week starter package £210.00. Single sessions start at £25.00 for half an hour.
