I have been working in the fitness and dance sector for over 30 years, but have more recently extended into personal training and Pilates.
I offer personal training sessions and nutrition advice to Ladies over the age of 18 years helping them to get fitter, more energised and feel confident about their bodies.

having an initial meeting together to discuss your needs and requirements, your availability to exercise, your medical and lifestyle history helps me to put together a programme which will suit your needs and ability.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
By working hard and eating sensibly. It is no good spending hours exercising and then not taking care of your diet.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help people achieve the fitness goal. Watching the clients as there confidences grows and the body changes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being able to offer what I feel is most important and not what somebody else may think is important. being able to offer services at sensible prices and not silly prices.
