I was very pleased with the job done. Johnny was quick to reply to the request and came to look at and cost the job promptly. ( Removal of a tree).He was able to do the work a few days later. Excellent company. They have pruned one tree for me and also felled a tree. On both occasions they were on time, professional, polite, efficient and extremely tidy. I couldn't fault them. They took considerable care over the pruning to make sure the tree would look at its best when finished. My 5 month old kitten had been stuck up a very high tree about 50ft high for a few hours. The RSPCA couldn't do anything for atleast 24hrs. I called Act on trees as a last resort to help me on a Saturday evening. Not only did they say yes, but they were out within an hour to rescue my little ziggy. If it wasnt for them I wouldn't know what I would have done. They were polite, friendly and had a very quick response to help me even though saving kittens isn't what they advertise and they didn't charge me an extortion amount of money to help. I would highly recommend these lovely people to help you even in situations that are a little crazy like mine. More...
