What do you love most about your job?
The 'lightbulb' moment when a client realises what they can do themselves to improve their life.
I love the way clients look at me as if I've performed magic on them when all I have done is opened their minds to possibilities and choices they had locked away.
It's rewarding to see someone come out of their chrysalis and fly.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Starting my own business was a culmination of everything I'd learned in the corporate world and a desire to do things my own way without having to ask permission. The freedom is liberating, plus it meant that I could continue to study without it affecting my working life. The work/ life balance is essential for mental health and this is a benefit I reap the rewards from.

I offer an empathetic service, I believe in you and your journey and I coach you every step of the way. Transformational results can be challenging to achieve and I do require the same commitment from you to yourself as I give you. It can be a dark road but there is always a light and I will coach you into finding pathways to lead yourself there.
