The experience I had of using A Conveyancing, to purchase the Freehold of my property, was " First Class" The very kind, and considerate lady, ( Grace Timms ) who dealt with this matter on our behalf was very polite, very accommodating, and very professional in every way. Great service from a local company. Aconveyancing were suggested to us by our estate agents and couldn't be more pleased with the service. Professional and approachable, the work carried out, mainly by Grace was completed quickly and efficiently with excellent communication. They were able to speak to me any time on the phone or in person without an appointment. I was updated every step of the way and even when we had a few hiccups with some aspects it did not take long to get them resolved. Whole thing took about 10 weeks, including losing a buyer, finding a new one and an unexpected last minute survey. Thanks to all involved for making the process as quick and hassle free as possible.
