I have had 7 online sessions with John. I contacted him because I have new health problems that required me to learn a different way of exercising from what I have known before.
John is a perfect mix of enthusiastic (not annoyingly) and encouraging (not pushy) and friendly (not overbearing).
He listened to my ever growing list of problems and took getting exercise right seriously. I did not feel at any time that this was a bog standard programme that he does with everyone.
If there was an exercise that was not comfortable for me it was easy to tell him and he would come back the next week with more exercises to work that same muscle group.
I would definitely recommend John to work with. The fact he listens and takes on board what you say is a massive plus. He has a good sense of humour too (is quite funny too).

I work for a luxury operator that charges £200 a month but Both my kids do lessons here and I have never had an issue. Staff are engaging and informative and facilities are sufficient. It does get a bit of stick for Less than perfect cleanliness, but I have seen worse. I regularly go swimming, but also as a member of herts dive club, scuba diving too. Staff always seem friendly and helpful. The water is kept around 30 celcius. More...

Came here with my family. The swim Center is clean and much better maintained than of late. Changing rooms especially the toilets and showers have Been re- modernised the place smells and looks clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.Prices are Around £5.10 adults..children tiny bit cheaper..would like to see more offers there. Perhaps an idea for the Managers to think about. More...

I like the place very much . I almost go daily here for gym and spa. Everything Is perfect except that the gym has less machines such as no benches for bench press and no Smith machine. I hope they add these to the gym.

BETTER - Happy to see positive changes, the pool is now always open and at a good temperature for me to swim. The health suite and the steam room have also improved and its great to see investment being put into the centre. Me and mum came here today with my 19month old daughter, and we had a great time, we went In the learner pool unfortunately the baby pool was closed due to one of the machines not working, my baby would Have loved it in there, hopefully it gets fixed soon, The changing rooms seemed clean and maintained, there was also a lady constantly wiping away the excess water throughout the changing rooms which was good to see. Plenty of life guards to be seen and watching on each pool. Overall our experience was a great one, we shall be returning for more fun. More...

The pool is a grest size and you swim in the same depth.However as a keen swimmer it is very difficult to get a good quality swim. The pool is continually half closed due to life guard shortage and weekends there is no time as parties and fun time take priority. More...

Good swimming. Baby warm pool. Diving boards sometimes open I think u can ask if u can go in them and then a life gard comes and watches.
