They value the safe, non-judgemental environment that I provide, balancing support and accountability to help them to reach their goals. My coaching expertise is built on over ten years experience of working in Psychology and Wellbeing and a Level 7 Diploma in Executive and Senior Level Coaching. I integrate a range of tools and techniques into my coaching sessions and use my knowledge, experience and skills to help you to achieve your best!

All of my services can be provided in person or online.

Services

Coaching supports individuals in a tailored approach specific to their goals. Through our coaching sessions, we work with individuals to help them to clarify their future goals and overcome challenges to support performance development. Coaching packages are built tailored to individual needs; sessions are generally 60-90 minutes in duration and held every two weeks or once a month on average to allow effective progress to be made between sessions.



Coaching is proven to be significantly more effective than formal training in soft-skills development and, as a result, it sits at the foundation of our services to ensure investment in your people results in long-term benefits. ​Our experience has shown us just how important it is to use individualised, tangible actions to make lasting impacts.

Through our coaching sessions, clients can expect to feel listened to, encouraged and supported to explore thinking and challenges.​

Our suite of accredited assessments measure emotional and social functioning for a detailed analysis of strengths and development opportunities.
