How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Most garages are suitable for conversion but the main thing to look for would be adequate headroom.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Remove garage door and brick up.
Create any new openings required.
New timber floor with insulation.
First fix electrics.
Fully insulate roofspace and walls.
Plasterboard and skim.
Decorate.
2nd fix electrics.
Final floor covering.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Most lofts are suitable for Conversions.
The only real sticking point is the ridge height. Although there are ways around this.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Strip out loft floor and old insulation.
Install steels and new floor.
Install new stairs.
Strip off roof and create dormer.
Fully insulate bird and skim.
Decorate.
Sign off.

I like creating a new space that changes someone’s home. It’s very satisfying seeing the whole job through from start to finish.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business as I felt I had the skill set required to work with the customer and complete what is required.
