Access Counselling

I wasnt sure what to expect from my councelling sessions but after months of great dispair I had to do something . I spent a few months seeing Fiona and I feel she has heled me greatly and overhauled areas of my life and my mental health . She listened carefully , I felt like I could really open up to her and she helped me get to the bottom of some strange behaviors . I often looked foratrd to our sessions and felt with each passing one I made great progress . I have now stopped the sessions but I know she is there if I ever need to take them up again . Towards the end of our sessions I felt like I was catching up woth a friend . I cannot thank Fiona enough for helping me through what was a really diffcult time . More...
