We can provide visits from once weekly through to several times a day, there is no set minimum of hours. Our customers can choose the times of their visits. We can also provide back up for people who choose to use a Personal Assistant / private carer, for when they are on days off, holidays or off sick.

This amazing team of wonderful humans have been in charge of my dads care for about a year now. I am so grateful to them. From the carers that attend to my dads needs on a daily basis to the staff that tend the office . They all know my dad at a personal level, he isn’t just another client or name on the list. They understand the difficulties family members go through - especially when making and prepping for hospital visits and procedures, they are on it! Nothing is too much trouble. What do you love most about your job?
I love having the freedom to adapt care to how our customer want it. Supporting and training the staff to ensure that a high level of care is delivered.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have managed and directed home care businesses for many years now and I wanted to set up my own in my local area. Running my own business means that I can implement changes for the better quickly and I can watch the company grow whilst maintaining a great reputation.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our services mean that you will never go without care or visits. If someone has a private carer or personal assistant there is not always that cover for contingencies. We provide a set regular team to our customers so they know who is visiting at the times they choose.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our staff wear medical grade PPE to ensure we keep everyone safe.
Home care
Visits from 30 minutes upwards to support with personal care, help to wash and dress, bathing, continence care, medication administration, fluids and nutrition.
Companionship and respite
Visits to spend quality time chatting, sorting household tasks, matching hobbies, or going out in the community. We also cover for private carers and family members to get that well deserved break.
Cleaning
Household cleaning to ensure property is clean and tidy.
Sleeping night
A carer can stay overnight to sleep and be on hand in case they are needed through the night.
Waking night
A carer stays over night and is awake to monitor and provide care through the night.
Live In Care
A live in carer moves in and provides support through the day and a sleeping night at night time. This service can also be added to with waking nights if required for higher care needs.
