I have used AC Security on a few occasions, the largest job being a full install supplied / carried out including 4 x HD cameras all connected to the necessary Hik-Connect box set. I downloaded the Hik-connect App with Antony simply setting it all up for me ready to go. A first class serivce from start to finish and most of all if any slight issues arise he is straight out to resolve the issue as sson a possible keeping me and the wife both happy. Anthony was great to deal with, understood my requirements and came up with a system specification that I felt was what I wanted and needed. Recently had a new alarm system fitted by Anthony. Had the usual 3 quotes but Anthony was by far the most reasonable. He also took time to really find out what we were wanting and discussed our home's weak spots. He did not attempt to sell us items that we didn't really need nor was he wanting to sign us up to an annual service or app fee. Anthony provided a first class service from start to finish. An initial free on site survey established what we wanted and what would work best for us, followed by installation and set up a week later. Anthony is polite,extremely knowledgeable, and installed our system in a neat and efficient manner. We've used it for a couple of weeks now and are delighted. It works brilliantly and the fact we can access everything via our mobiles is great, especially as we can disarm the alarm before we enter the house which is handy when we have the Grandchildren with us!
