What is our mission?

Here at ABT3 Counselling our counselling services have an exemplary standard in providing the utmost quality of services to individuals, families, and groups in need of therapy within the community and beyond.  We strive to provide service which coincides under the following Pillars, which we like to call the 3 R’s:

The Three R’s

Review – We will Review a client’s presenting issues. Here is where we uncover and hidden emotions clients are not aware of and also connect the dots to today and the future.

Recover – This is where we provide a treatment plan for the diagnostics along with tips, tricks and tools to use at home to encourage progress.

Re-calculate – This stage is primarily independent with the support of a Counsellor/Psychotherapist to transform personal challenges into life-enhancing opportunities to enable a client to see a more well-rounded future for themselves.
