Darren and Bailey have cleaned my carpets twice in the last few years and they did a fantastic job. Having a dog and a cream carpet was not the intention but our new build house came with the carpet and we arrived with the dog! 2 years later my Mum recomended Ab Fab carpet cleaning service and I was sceptical as to weather it could be restored. I phoned in and Darrens lovely wife went out of her way to make an appointment that fitted in with my needs. Darren and his son are such a cheerful extremrly efficient team who work very throughly and quicly ...various options were offered from a clean around furniture to a complete clean (moving furniture) with added stain repellant. Nothing is too much trouble and your carpet is left nearly dry with overshoes supplied. Darren then offers to come back free of charge if any stains persist after drying. We have Victorian red tiles on our utility room floor that were in dire need of renovation. After being treated by Darren they now look, as promised, Absolutely Fabulous!
Darren was prepared to spend as long as it took, over several visits, to ensure he cleaned and sealed the tiles to look their best. His good humour, positive attitude and persistence during a challenging time when some concrete on the tiles refused to budge ensured we got the best outcome and a first class customer service.

Darren and his team came to clean my carpets after my dog haemorrhaged leaving blood stains all over the living room carpet. Thank you both for an excellent job, due to the strange configuration of floors that needed refurbishment which could all have been done in one day but with quite some inconvenience to us. Darren decided that it would be better spread over two days, the cost remained the same. I can't recommend Darren highly enough. I had no idea our kitchen travertine tiles could come up so well - I actually think they look better than when they were first put down!
