Great clinic and lovely professional staff. I've been twice now to have advanced electrolysis on milia etc. Both times I've had a great experience and only annoyed I didn't book an appointment sooner! It really is an amazing treatment!

All the therapists are very nice and welcoming, the place is clean and tidying and they do quite a few late nights so you can go after work. Would not go anywhere else!!

I attended About Face for three years for hair removal treatment both IPL & electrolysis on my face & surgical area, the girls were great & so understanding. I attended almost every week & quite a lot of weeks I was having two hour sessions of face & genital electrolysis. I would leave work & pop in to do training sessions for the girls it was great & I didn't mind because I felt like I was giving something back to the industry...then things changed & I found it so hard to go back to About Face, I tried to explain to one of the therapists why I found it upsetting to keep returning but the 3rd of Feb 2019 was a turning point for me...I went back on friday 12th of July for my last treatment & said my good-byes. After my surgery & I am back on my feet I will have my face treatment finished off but in the East & not in Glasgow. Amanda, Anne, Laura, Nicole, Kerri & Helen who all carried out electrolysis on me were terrific & I can't thank them enough...well worth the thousands of pounds I spent but on the 3rd of February 2019 my heart died at About Face & the struggle to go back began...i am still traumatized by that day. It's strange how your life can change in 15 minutes by one person's inability to do her job & turn your whole world upside down & leave you feeling totally worthless. Hopefully one day I can move on & leave that day in the past where it belongs.It's now the 26 of July & I had a meeting with Helen today at About-Face...a lot of soul searching & tears but still can't find myself...to painful.It's now the 30th of July & it's time to take Helen & my partner's advice to seek professional help before it's too late, I've got to try to undo some of the damage that was done in February... appointment first thing in Edinburgh tomorrow, I can no longer do silly things that I attempted on Friday night...I never thought for one minute I'd be seeking psychiatric help over an electrolysis appointment especially after having had over two years electrolysis prior to the 3rd of February 2019. I have just completed two facial courses at About Face and can honestly say I loved every bit of it, my treatment therapist Gemma was brilliant as were all the other girls to,they were always welcoming,professional but down to earth and considerate at the same time. This is one of my favourite beauty salons in Glasgow. When you walk in to the waiting room, you automatically feel calmed by the soft music and relaxing decor. The staff are all fully trained so you know you are in good hands for which ever treatment you are having. Really well trained and friendly staff. There is a really wide range of treatments (check out their website).What I like is the fact they are open 7 days a week with 2 late nights. St. Enoch subway is just next to it.Even though the salon is slap bang in the middle of the city centre it has a really relaxing vibe to it and you are made the feel at ease the minute you walk through the door.Although it is not the cheapest I feel this reflects the quality of the treatments and the expertise of the staff.This place was a ahead of it's time offering Brazilian waxing in the days when a Brazilian was a native of Brasil! I really like this beauty salon. Its centrally located , just across fro St Enoch underground station, and offers a good range of treatments from electrolysis, red vein removal and non surgical face lifts, through to armoatherapy massage, facials and waxing. I go here mainly for their lovely facials - they are a Sothys of Paris appointed salon. The facials are very indulgent and definitely produce visible results.
