Administrative side of the business seemed disorganized with communication between office and roofers, and office and us the customers causing confusion.
Work conducted was good quality, we had three leaks and two were fixed successfully. The third leak was not fixed due to a misdiagnosis of the problem and resulted in us paying for work that had no affect on our water ingress problem. In the end we were not able to come to an agreement with the Iain and no further work was conducted. We now use a different local roofing company.
