We booked Abbie Limos for our wedding, 18th June 2022
They wouldn't call the hotel to contact our rooms when they arrived or were close.
I asked on the day & they were adamant I needed to be waiting as they had a busy schedule and there was roadworks.
This meant I was waiting in the lobby for them to arrive, with my wedding guests seeing me as they were leaving to make their way to the venue.
There was a cracked windscreen & half drunk drinks in there left from previous customers.
The limo driver was also very rude. I do not recommend at all.

Sadly, I won’t be recommending this company. We booked for the Prom 2020, which was cancelled due to the world pandemic. I rang the company in July for advice, it was suggested I leave the booking until autumn then ring back if no prom is planned. Yesterday, when I rang the gentleman was rude, unreasonable and unprofessional by emotionally disturbing comments he made. He did eventually give 80% refund. There was no regard to the millions of people who have lost jobs or experienced financial hardship in the current climate. His company should be insured for losses and he will able to claim back government grants. He blamed me for cancelling the event when in fact it was the government who cancelled. The booking was for 14 young girls. Their parents will also not recommend this company. If you do use the company, I recommend asking to review the insurance and cancellation policies, especially in the current pandemic climate and uncertainties. More...

I booked Abbie Limo’s for my sons 13th birthday and what a fabulous experience it was. David arrived on time for both collection and pick up. The limo was very impressive and my son and his friends had a fantastic time. David drove them around for an hour and even stopped off for photos on the way to their location. I must say how impressed I was with this company. The limo itself was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and comfortable. We had " chauffeur Phil " and what a pleasant man he was. He helped with the photography and was friendly and chatty offering us a stop off to take more memorable pics. Always smiling and very polite. I just wanted to say Thankyou so so much for the limo, it was fabulous. Linny was absolutely amazing & couldn’t do enough for us & also she was brilliant with Olivia. She went out of her way to be kind , polite , friendly & considerate. She understood Olivia’s needs very naturally from the start & as a Mum of disabled children who often deals with ignorance this was a joy. A great start to my hen night (7/7/17) with Abbie Limos, took us for 1 hour drive before dropping us off at our destination, even stopped for us to have pictures taken, drivers are very professional, even let my children have a little sit inside before we left, I would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again x x x

Just had a limo for my daughter and there friends for there primary school prom, cant fault anything the driver was early let as take as many photos as we wanted, the children loved it they drove around for an hour before getting dropped off at the school and had music playing all the time(Not sure what the driver thought to there play list) will defiantly recommend to people
