To start with ADC Architecture visited my property and advised me on the type of Loft Conversation & Rear Extension that would meet my local Council Approval take into account of my wishes and preferences.
The Drawings and the Structure Calculations were approved by my local Council without any problem.
ADC Architecture fees are very reasonable for their services compared with other Architectural Companies.
Unfortunately five stars is the highest I can Rate ADC Architecture. I wish I can rate them then five stars.

I have used Adrian for designs and planning negotiation on a change of use redevelopment project. He has been most helpful and and responsive to my requirements resulting in the granting of planning permission on the site.
I have also used him for construction plans including structural calcs for a domestic loft conversion and double side extension. Again I could not fault his service. Good quality plans, a quick turnaround at reasonable costs.
Hard to find a service like this now days.
Highly recommended.
