Well had a taxi and at some point dropped my wallet. I used a mates phone to book and no confirmation on the driver or any sorts. Tried to ring after searching buy not myself but others to ensure it wasn’t before or after and nothing. Either way I then tried to discuss this with someone over the phone and nothing was even repoted or noted I was then shouted at down the phone about how calls for booking were more important. I understand that maybe it wasn’t dropped in the taxi it still has important things of mine like ID and bank card and just want to ensure that it was noted for future reference. Just wanted to leave and share my story never had a problem with this company till tonight and really hope I find my belongings. Again would much appreciate better support. More...

Asks for a taxi that excepts dogs says yes taxi comes won’t except dogs. So I got to walk 40 minutes in the rain and cold or stand around waiting 20+ minutes for another one if there is one happened on a few occasions now sometimes I ring up to an hour before aswell.

Told me it would be a 15 - 20 minute wait, and it came before 10 minutes! Lovely driver and such good value for money. Had the same route with dragon taxis and they charged me more than half of what I paid with A2Z. Will definitely use again x
