I booked my transfers with A2B after seeing good reviews online, and I'm SO glad that I did! Steve was really helpful with my booking, and to top things off, when I had to cut my trip short and fly back early, Steve couldn't have been more accommodating, and my transfer home was rescheduled within minutes. This is our first time using this company and I cannot recommend A2B Airport Transfers enough! Daniel, our driver, was on time, polite and we felt safe in his vehicle. We had 2 carseats which were looked after while we were away and they were in the vehicle on our return. Our flight was delayed and getting through passport control took forever but Daniel kept in contact with us which ensured our pick up was stress free. Just returned from a lovely 2 week holiday. We used A2B on the recommendation of a friend and we can’t praise their service highly enough. We had a very early departure, our mini bus arrived spot on time and the driver was fantastic. Our return flight was delayed and then we had problems with baggage handling at Luton. Fantastic service, picked up in plenty of time, very pleasant journey in a comfortable car, on our return we had our flight cancelled and rescheduled and I could not recommend highly enough how great Steve was, we kept in contact to keep up to date with the changes and Steve was still able to collect us a day late at a completely different time, which was a huge relief for that part of our journey with our young children in tow.
