Each client has their unique story and experience. Therefore, rather than offering a ‘one size fits all approach’, my service is always tailored to my client’s individual needs.

The lockdown has added a lot of stress to both myself and my relationship, and lately I found myself being constantly irritated with everything that was going on around me. My girlfriend pointed out that I was ‘grumpy and angry all the time’, and even though I never was Mr Gregarious, I also noticed that things were in a bad place.

Nathalie truly is a ray of sunshine, and it’s impossible to not be in a good mood after you speak with her. She listens to your problems, and instead of giving you advice she asks you questions which makes you think and see things from a different angle. I still have things to work on but Nathalie has equipped me with the tools and confidence to move forward.

I have recommended Nathalie to some of my friends, and would recommend her to anyone who needs a new perspective on things.

Nathalie is a fantastic, positive person. I always feel so uplifted and ready to take on any challenges after our sessions. She has made me see my problems from a new perspective. My biggest epiphany after starting working together was when she helped me realise that even if I can not control the events around me, I can control how I react to them. This has changed my life.

I was blown away how this small shift in mindset could have such a tremendous impact on my everyday life. I used to worry and get upset over things that were totally out of my control, I now instead I’ve learned to put my focus on how I react to the situation instead of the situation itself. My sessions are designed to fit your fitness level and what you are looking to achieve. They are efficient, fun and challenging.

Routine is key to creating a new habit, it's what you do every day that brings you closer to your dream. Therefore, I advise my clients on quick and easy exercises they can do in between our sessions.

The secret to success is small simple steps.

To do something every day for your body. Making sure you sleep enough, eat well and ask yourself 'why' you are doing this for yourself so you have the motivation to workout.

A lot of us forget how important sleep is for our health. Without sufficient sleep you won't have the energy needed to complete your exercises.

Same thing when it comes to food. I strongly believe in the 'one ingredient diet', where you know every single ingredient in the food you eat. This means that you cook from scratch. There are so many simple recipes you can do in no time. It's all a mindset.

See people grow and start believing in themselves.

When you connect with your true self something magical is happening.

You only believe in 50% of your capacity, your trainer believes in 75%, and yet there is another 25% left for you to utilise if you tune in with your body and mind.

The reason behind me starting a happier lifestyle was to share my gift of making people love themselves, for others to experience more of the good in life.

Everyone, you included, deserves to live life to its fullest on all levels.

The relationship between you and you is the most important one, but also the one we tend to prioritise the least.

The goal of everything I do is for you to fall in love with yourself again. Both physically and mentally.

The foundation of my work is self‑understanding and self‑empowering. The goal is for you to experience that ‘aha moment', when you realise your full potential and unlock confidence enabling you to take action steps that will generate personal growth and sustainable results.

I offer one-to-one boxing sessions. I was the Swedish champion in Amateur Boxing 2006. The session includes techniques, pad boxing, footwork and strength, and will be tailored to your fitness goals. (No equipment needed)

I am a certified yoga instructor and have been teaching for 4 years. I teach clients yoga in their home/gym, where they feel comfortable. Each session is designed after the client's needs. Don't worry if you haven’t done yoga before we'll go slow.

Designed to build a lean and strong body. Primary focus on abs, butt and thighs. Body weight and resistance bands are used in these classes.
