I rarely post reviews on the internet, but in this case I wanted to express my gratitude for a literally 100% delivery of excellence. We had a special event and every detail was important to us. The car from AChauffeurs was a beautiful, shiny clean new vehicle which arrived perfectly on time and was driven by a polite, well dressed chauffeur with impeccable manners. We used Britannia for our wedding cars and they were fantastic, from start to finish the communication was prompt and professional. On the day the cars arrived in plenty of time, they had even done a practice run to ensure they knew the way and how long it would take to get from our house to the venue! The drivers were so helpful and friendly, especially helping me in and out of the car in my dress! I have found Over the years that people call them selves a ‘chauffeur’ but they are just a taxi driver in a suit and nice car! A chauffeur is mostly importantly all about the service. Britannia chauffeurs really did make me and my granddaughter feel like queens. It really did add to our evening visiting the West End theatre show Wicked. It gave us a chance to relax and talk. I booked Britannia Chauffeurs last week to collect myself and 5 others from London Heathrow back to Southampton after our Holiday on board Queen Mary 2.
