It's hard to explain the journey you take on the 90 day challenge. If you asked me in February I would have said I eat healthy, train hard and still couldn't understand why I wasn't loosing weight. Myself and my friend decided to take the plunge, even though we are based in Manchester and they are based in London. I have to say hand on heart it worked. Thanks Paul and the team for making the transition back into training and getting fit an enjoyable and fulfilling one. Paul's enthusiasm and dedication is infectious and the camaraderie he builds in the group takes the fear out of making that leap and makes the whole experience so rewarding and enjoyable! We are all champing at the bit to get to the next session! Well where do I start Over the years the weight has gone on as it does with most people! Then giving the fags up the weight pulled on over the course of a couple of years. I've got to know these 90 days to change lads over the course of nearly 10 years, but my head always said j can do it on my own! It'll be alright! WRONG! There is only one way to change things and that's you making the change! With These guys behind you helping you focus on what needs doing & the training they give WOW what a change! I set myself a goal to do the Nuclear races with 17 weeks to change how I was! Within 12 weeks I had with their support changed my diet (which was so easy to do I don't know why I never before) had 1-2-1 trading sessions & started running after work & challenging myself ready for my challenge. I lost 3 stonne in weight 8 WEEKS! Feeling much better & there support I completed my challenge with a smile on my face I still have 1-2-1 training each week and the how the body has changed! I know feel much better in myself & get a lot of compliments from people I've not seen in a while. In short I cannot thank these guys enough & would not hesitate recommending them to anyone!
