Our dog gets walked 3-4 times a week by Rebecca, who provides a professional, personal and engaging service for our pensioner of a hound! Rebecca walked our two dogs while we were away recently. They have very different needs. Storm is reactive to many other dogs, and Maxwell is blind and very very slow, meaning it made sense for them to be walked individually without other dogs around. My father lived at our house while we were away, but a dodgy hip meant he could not do the dog walks - Rebecca was a life saver. Although we weren't there - obviously - the reports we got from my father were glowing. Rebecca always went the extra mile, drying off the dogs when they got home, making sure they were comfortable and that Max had his non-slip socks on! It was the first time we had needed a dog walking service, but it won't be the last, and we'll certainly be contacting Rebecca, whether it's for a longer period or just some 'one offs' to help us out if we have to be away from home for work. When I first met Rebecca I was very impressed with how professional she was and the time & care she spent during our first consultation getting to know me as well as Rosie our miniature labradoodle puppy. We both took to her straight away and booked her for a week in August. I was on holiday and my husband at work so needed her to come in during the day to walk Rosie. She kept me regularly updated and it was great to see photos of Rosie on her dog walks. Would have no hesitation in recommending her - she is trustworthy, reliable and clearly devoted to her job. Great, professional and reliable dog walker. Clearly loves and cares for animals. Rebecca is also very flexible and always tries to accommodate your requests. Updates via text or messenger after every visit which gives peace of mind about your puppy when at work during the day. Rebecca also asks about your training classes and continues the training when she visits. My puppy clearly loves Rebecca and would highly recommend her service to anyone! More...

I wouldn’t say my dogs are the most accommodating at greeting ‘newcomers’ but are well trained towards me HOWEVER settling on Rebecca’s feet on the first visit shows they’re pretty content! Rebecca only walks my dogs once a week but they are beautifully responsive to her and happy to be in her company. Very comforting to know they are safe and being extremely well looked after during and on return of their outing with her. Can’t recommend her highly enough. So pleased that I found 9 to 5 dog walks! I have used Rebecca twice now for once daily cat visits whilst I've been away on holiday and I have been very impressed. She is extremely professional and totally put me at ease when I met her and both of my cats (even the timid shy one) warmed to her instantly. She kept me updated whilst I was away with photos of what my 2 cats had been up to and it was also peace of mind that my house was being checked on daily and she even puts the bins etc out!I would highly recommend and I will certainly be using her again More...
