My experience and capabilities have been developed over the last 15 years in Blue Chip and Large Private Owned organisations. Following Graduation in 2005 at the top of the Business school with a 1st Class Honours in Business Management, I spent 4 years with Kellogg's UK. Following successful spells in Account Management where I was awarded Sales Person of the Year in my 1st Year and Coaching where I developed newly recruited Executives, I moved to a National Account Manager Role with a £1billion Meat Manufacturing business, Kepak, looking after the Rustlers brand.
In the 8 years spent with Kepak, I held roles from Senior NAM to Sales Manager where I managed, developed and coached various Sales Teams. This led to my final role as Channel Controller, which saw me develop and implement a more strategic approach developing and executing channel strategy within the convenience market, looking after a team of NAMs and reporting into the CEO/Channel Director
