What makes a great website?
In the most simplest terms a great website needs to be easy for visitors to use and for their owners to keep updated. Beyond that, most people want to get a good looking website that helps there visitors and shows them in a good light.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Beyond the obvious questions about budget and timescales we like to find out a lot about the client and what they want out of their website. We often like for them to show us other websites they like, so we get an idea of what kind of site they want as well as asking them what the main things they want the website to do for them, so we can make sure we build those things into the project.
What do you love most about your job?
Even though we've been building and running websites for over a decade I still love people's reactions to the sites we've built for them and often getting to build long-term relationships with our clients.

As professional web designers, we understand that for many people time and budgets are tight. We like to get to know our customers and their businesses so that we can be sure that the website designs we come up with will serve them for years to come and will prove to be worth the investment many times over.
