Cost effective product, no concerns on this. However, the installer/engineer they sent is impolite, unfriendly, and even impatient to answer questions. He is even unhappy when I looked at the sensors. He didn't test whether the motion sensors and door sensor work properly before leaving. He is not professional, I am afraid I have to say. More...
